Hi! I’m Jaclyn, certified Wedding planner and owner of Jaclyn Zorene Event planning!

I’m an engineer by trade and have been in the wedding industry for 4+ years. Growing up, Whether I was organizing a friend’s birthday bash or coordinating logistics for a university fundraiser, I have always loved turning an idea or dream into reality!

My biggest accomplishment to date was in 2018, when I put my coordinating skills up to the test and decided to host a 250-guest, outdoor tent wedding reception in my parent’s backyard. Growing up in a small suburban area of Cleveland, OH, you can imagine the thought of pulling off such an event was few and far between. As soon as I made the final decision with my husband to host a garden reception in the backyard, I never looked back and enjoyed every moment of the planning process.

I knew if I could successfully navigate vendor coordination, tent layout and design, logistical considerations and budgeting, I would have the perfect opportunity to bring my wedding dreams to life! Naturally, I encountered a few stressors along the way, so even though I had every detail planned out, I knew eliciting the help of a Day-of Coordinator was the only way to guarantee perfect execution of my vision and give me peace of mind. Fast forward to September 8th, 2018 and let me tell you…it was the Best. Day. Ever!! Everything we had spent countless hours coordinating over the last year, fell into place and created the most magical day. I want that very same feeling for you.
